Abstract

Management of high-risk pregnancy is challenging for the caregivers, and a healthy feto-maternal outcome is the utmost aim for antenatal care. A good pre-pregnancy screening, vigilant monitoring for obstetrical complications in pre and postnatal periods, multidisciplinary approach and timely decisions are key factors for successful management.
